- 50:16 But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth? ¶11491
- 50:17 Seeing thou hatest instruction, and casteth my words behind thee. ¶11492
- 50:18 When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers. ¶11493
- 50:19 Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit. ¶11494
- 50:20 Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son. ¶11495
- 50:21 These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes. ¶11496
- 50:22 Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver. ¶11497
- 50:23 Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God. ¶11498

- 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. ¶11503
- 51:6 Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom. ¶11504
- 51:7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. ¶11505

- 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. ¶11508
- 51:11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. ¶11509
- 51:12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. ¶11510
- 51:13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee. ¶11511
- 51:14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness. ¶11512
- 51:15 O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise. ¶11513
- 51:16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. ¶11514
- 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. ¶11515
- 51:18 Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem. ¶11516
- 51:19 Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar. ¶11517
- 52:1 Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man? the goodness of God endureth continually. ¶11518
