Payment and refunds

One rule across the whole site, with no exceptions in fine print.

Refunds — 14 days

Within 14 days of payment you may request a refund — write to info@sapir861.com. The site previously showed two different periods in different places; now there is one, and it applies everywhere.

When the report arrives

Reports are prepared by hand and arrive by email within two working days. If nothing has arrived by the third day, write to us and we will sort it out the same day.

An error in the calculation

If you recomputed and got a different number, that is our mistake, not a difference of opinion. Send us your working: we will fix it and refund you regardless of how many days have passed.

What we do not refund

We do not refund because you disliked what the analysis said: it describes structure, it does not flatter. But we never promised you pleasant — we promised you correct.
