Three names from three eras sharing one small number
The first man, whose name comes from adamah, earth. He was given the task of naming every living thing.
Tradition holds that he was both born and died on this day, exactly one hundred and twenty years apart.
One of the most read authors in Europe between the wars. He fled Nazism to Brazil and there finished The World of Yesterday.
