We extracted gematria claims from 834 works in the Hebrew Wikisource — from Yalkut Shimoni (~1260) and Rabbeinu Bahya (~1290), through Baal HaTurim (~1300), Sefer HaPeliah (~1390), Shaar HaPesukim (~1573) and Megaleh Amukot (1637), to Tzitzim uFrachim (~1750) and Bnei Yissaschar (~1830) — and checked every equality by arithmetic. Only what matched enters the database: exactly, or with a difference of one.

Every card is a real record from the database: the equality, the shared value, the earliest attestation and the counters across all 834 works. The value 86 (אלהים) is attested 155 times in 57 works. The number 861 is given honestly: it has only two attestations, both in one work — Bnei Yissaschar, around 1830.
Our own measurement across the Torah corpus shows that a phrase with any given value from 1 to 1000 is found in 99.8% of cases. A “coincidence” on its own means nothing — everything coincides.
Significance comes from two things, and both are now measured: rarity (how often such an equality arises by chance) and attestation (whether a classical commentator claimed it — who, where and when). This database is the attestation layer: not “what coincides” but “what was claimed, with an exact reference”, and every claim recounted.

The index holds 8,629 attestations from 834 works: that is a per-number summary, open as CSV, showing how many times a number is named and in how many works. Row by row — with the work, the reference and both expressions on every row — 3,453 attestations from 20 works have been verified; only those can be checked one at a time. The difference is not a dispute about numbers but a difference in how far each can be checked: the summary has to be taken on trust, the rows do not.
