The king who built the First Temple. Offered anything he wished, he asked for an understanding heart to judge the people — and was given the rest besides.
He first translated the Torah into Arabic and wrote the first systematic work of Jewish philosophy.
He put the car on a moving assembly line and made it cheap enough for his own workers to buy. He is also known for antisemitic publications, for which he later issued an apology.
