This is from the portion “Tetzaveh” (Exodus 27–30). What it is about: “Command”: oil for the lamp; the priestly garments — the ephod, the breastplate with twelve stones; the consecration of the priests.
Nobody picked it: the letters of today's date add up to 139, and that is page 139 of the 354 pages of the Torah — the first five books of the Bible.
