For the personal accounts of paying users (/dashboard), we propose distinguishing between the following concepts:“account data”(email, subscription status, payment ID—standard for any paid service, stored) and“analysis data”(name, date of birth, calculation result—remain inaccessible to the server and are recalculated on the user’s device upon each login). This is how Data-Zero is literally preserved: the analysis itself never leaves the browser; only what is necessary for billing is stored.

Intellectual Property.The algorithm is the property of the copyright holder. Copying and reverse engineering are punishable by law.

Consent to Emails.Email is used to send analysis reports and follow-up emails only after explicit consent (by checking the box when submitting the form).
Right to Deletion.You may request the complete removal of your email from the mailing list at any time—via the unsubscribe link in each email or by sending a request to the contact address.
Form Processing.Forms on the website are processed through our own infrastructure (n8n), without transferring data to third-party marketing platforms.
